That shit was moving (oh, why do I do that.). thanks, Letitia - that was a cool poem. Glad to see more from you! Enjoyed that quite a lot. Actual real in-the-flesh poetry. Or down to earth, or something; anyway, I really liked it.

rhoda - deep something, that's for certain.

Glad you enjoyed Peter. I have not written poetry for about 20 yrs. Just been shovelling shit instead. I have been enjoying the challenge - but you will see why I do not write a lot. Simple might be the world you are looking for, XD

@Letitia: Simple? I don't notice these things. I'm rather content-focussed. Technique is often a great surprise to me. I liked the poem because it was about something real, and I thought the word-play more than fine enough.

I took a twenty-odd year break myself - well, I did write the odd thing, but mostly I spent the time descending into madness. It's a fuck of a long way down.

I hope you'll write more - I'm enjoying them so far!

The pits of madness!! Aha, there be dragons!

Dragons are pretty, much of the time. Do you ever think of that painting of St. George doing the whackadoodle on the poor snake?
