3. of clouds and humans...

by human being

.

the cloud was grey and small
nobody noticed it passing by
neither the sun in the sky
nor the earth under the sky
not even the artist in the field

the woman was grey and small
nobody noticed her passing by
neither the sun in the sky
nor the earth under the sky
not even the artist in the field

the small cloud rained
just one drop
which fell down
on the woman's cheek

the canvas of the artist was as blue as the sky

Ah... Human Being...
Just a lovely, spare little set piece. Thanks.

I like the poem and the picture - I love the way the sky feels in the picture frame - don't slip and fall in! - thanks, guys.

dear Dan Leo...
ah... thanks! now my heart is full... :)

dear Andy...
so glad you liked it... i usually try to make my works as little as possible... :)

dear Old Peter...
thank YOU for reading and commenting...
me too really liked the way timmy illustrated the last line...
it's always so exciting to watch his works... they are multilayered... like his poems and stories...

And if the artist saw that drop, would he have mistook it for a tear, and if so whose?

I always love your collaborations here.

right on target, Francis! that was the point i had in mind... whose tear? thus connecting the two...

so glad you liked these works... i really enjoy these collaborations too... timmy's art is so soulful...
