(seven)

.

i was still flying up
in the crimson sky
where heaven and earth clashed
i paused for a moment
and looked into myself
this time i didn't face a wall
i simply watched my mind
eagerly
i found myself confident enough
to caress my thoughts
suddenly the sky sank down
and the sun started to erupt

i didn't run for shelter from the fire
i listened to my flapping wings burning down to ashes

.
